I'm a Minnesota gal, born and raised. I lived in Madison, Wisconsin for 7 years, during which time I studied and volunteered abroad for periods in Guatemala, Belize, Spain, and India. I returned to Minnesota for graduate school in 2007 and I'm proud to call Minneapolis my home. This is my third year as a school counselor in Minneapolis. Having attended a community college, private college, and large university, I enjoy helping students discover opportunities and plan for life after high school. The students at Longfellow are a talented and courageous bunch, and I feel honored to journey with them as they grow and fulfill their dreams.
Passion and Interest: I enjoy playing soccer, running, and doing house projects. I really like building things and making handmade gifts. I'm sort of a hardware store geek!
